Behold the Wondrous Evoluscope, a ground breaking mind bending parascientific device which allows us to take snapshots of the future. Future scenarios are projected through hpotheses of how our current civilisation could evolve. The evolution, mutation and hybridisation of the architectural type provides the final scope of our investigation which is seen as an expression of this change. Shopping

Where should shopping fit in to our sustainable lifestyles?  Our modern society is compelled to shop but where and how do we draw the line between conspicuous consumption and conscious consumption as we continue to globalise our markets and use up our planets resources.  What are the environmental, sociological and psychological implications of consumption. Why is our society compelled to shop?  Is retail therapy an attempt to replace something missing from our lives and if it is how can we fill this void with a greater meaning?  What are the behavioral implications of shopping?   What are the built implications of shopping?
